The work of a statistician is a combination of a passion for volleyball and precise data analysis. My goal is to provide you with practical skills that will allow you to join a professional coaching staff. I do not offer shortcuts, but reliable knowledge based on years of work in PlusLiga and national teams.

Scope of support

I help understand the specifics of this profession, master the craft, and prepare for the realities of working in a club. My students to date have successfully worked or are currently working in top teams clubs and national teams. Together, we will also try to define your development path, including internship opportunities.

Substantive foundations

I will introduce you to the secrets of the profession in an organized manner. You will learn what to pay attention to during analysis and how your work affects the coach’s decisions and the team’s results.

VolleyStation use

I will teach you how to efficiently use the VolleyStation software – the standard in world volleyball. I will pass on knowledge about its functions and capabilities that you won’t find in manuals.

Practice and analysis

The training is based on specific exercises. You will prepare analyses on your own, which will allow you to test your aptitude and prepare for independent work with a team.

Support in entering the professional environment

My experience and relationships in the volleyball world allow me to effectively support students in taking their first steps in the profession. Most people who completed the training have completed internships, and a large group currently works in professional clubs. Although ultimate employment depends on your skills and determination, I offer substantive support and help in establishing contacts.

Kamil explained everything calmly, interestingly, and in a way that was easily digestible for a rookie in this field. He always asked after finishing a given topic if I had any questions. Even if they concerned a matter he had brought up 5 minutes before, he would explain it again. I have a feeling that if I asked 10 times about the same thing – each time the answer would be the same but in different words, so that I could understand everything. The topics covered a wide range: installing Data Volley/Data Video software, customizing the program settings, the meaning of symbols and codes, video editing, and preparing materials for the video meeting.

The course has been designed for individuals who want to pursue volleyball statistics professionally. I welcome both those who are just beginning their adventure with data analysis and those who want to develop their existing skills to a professional level.

The format of the meetings depends on our arrangements made during our call.

Most of my students found jobs in clubs after the training, also thanks to my support. However, the training does not guarantee this aspect; it is simply the result of good training, the commitment of the trainees, and circumstances in which clubs were looking for statisticians.

I call this training a premium training because I know what my students are capable of after their sessions with me. Our cooperation does not just end after a few days. After the training, we stay in touch because I analyze the matches you scout and support you in perfecting this skill. I also do not have many spots for such training, which is why I carefully select people who are 100% satisfied with the quality and format I offer. Training costs 2,999 USD.
